Do you have a physical store?
Not yet.
Which way do you sell your shoes?
Online only. But if you are in Miami we can meet in person and do the transaction through our Mobile Point of Sale.
Do you sell in person?
Yes. In Miami, and by appointment only.
Does Aluna USA have IG?

Do you sell through IG DM?
Yes. You can contact us through IG DM for questions, inquiries and doubts.
How long does a shipment take
to get to my door?
Between 2 and 6 business days.
Can I pay to expedite my shipment?
Not yet.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. To Puerto Rico and Canada only.
What are your shoes made of?
Our Alunas are made out of fabric, cotton, expanded plastic
and white leather.
What material is the Aluna shoe soles made of?
The sole of our Alunas is made of expanded PVC.
How much does a pair of shoes weight?
Approximately 1.4 pounds.
Does Aluna do Returns?
Yes.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you made the transaction. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you any refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached and the Aluna Bag.
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Please, always try on shoes on carpet.
Does Aluna do Exchanges?
Yes.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges can only be processed by the same item, unless the product is no longer available. If so, the customer can choose another item with a similar price. To do any exchange, please send us an email at Alunashoes.us@gmail.com.

Does Aluna do Refunds?
Yes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
A defective item is granted as exchange only to the same item without defects. Refunds are not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping-return to Aluna. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
